Family atmosphere, stylish hotel, it has unbeatable location close to shops and restaurants, and center of George Town.

We got room with modern decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax. The hotel had an amazing location at the center of town.

The location was marvellous and comfortable for me as it was just next door to hawker/food court, and which is a great spot for taking pictures. The staff was courteous, kept everything fairly clean and good. I stayed in impressive and absolutely perfect room with excellent bathroom, useful storage space, incredible cleanliness as expected.

Its location is good, right by a lot famous eateries, very impressive area. The service is great, includes private parking. The staff is amazingly nice, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds - some even have king-sized beds for a truly restful night's sleep. Plus, breakfast is included, ensuring a great start to your day.

No major issues to mention - everything was perfectly fine.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful in checking me in and out. The location is convenient with plenty of eateries around. The room was spacious enough for my needs and had a large TV in each room. I also appreciated the microwave and cutleries provided that allowed me to store and eat leftovers. it was a good value for my money.

Spent xmas here and it was amazing! The rooms were fully equipped with all the necessities, even hair conditioner which some 4-star hotels don't offer. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and travel spots nearby. The strong water pressure in the shower was a welcome surprise, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The lack of property parking which meant searching for public parking. Although inconvenient, it wasn't too difficult to find around the hotel area and a daily rate had to be paid to the council.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to help with any requests and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I especially loved the queen bed and the gorgeous large bathrooms. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Everything was fine at this hotel, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently situated near numerous vegetarian restaurants and famous local pastries shops. The tastefully designed rooms come with modern amenities like a powerful hairdryer, a big TV, and a digital clock/mini Bluetooth music player. The water pressure in the shower is impressive, and the hotel offers three different breakfast sets to choose from.

The parking space is limited, especially at night.

Had a great Easter break at this cosy hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we received two complementary passes to a nearby attraction. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket and restaurants. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the strong and reliable wifi.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was a bit cramped and the lighting for makeup was inadequate. parking was a bit of a hassle as we had to find street parking and use a parking app.
